Hi Julia. I just wanted to pass along to you, in your exalted role as LiME chair, that a faculty member at U Mass and myself as well as a faculty member at the Worcester campus of MCPHS and Irena, the librarian there, applied for the NEGEA collaborative grant that announced a while back. This could be big “LiME news” if we get funded and may help to expand our profile in the NEGEA (and I will be certain to share all of the details with you and put something on the blog as well). I also submitted my professional development/travel requests for this fiscal year today and NEGEA Washington was on my list. Hope you are having a good summer. Take care. - Len

I am working with a group here at HMS that also submitted a proposal. I hope others did as well. The more we actively participate in NEGEA the more visibility LiME will have.
Sorry I got a bit mixed up on the succession to the chair in LiME. Nancy Tannery of Pitt is our next Chair and Len is our current secretary.
