Virtual Meeting
After our discussion of trying to have at least one virtual meeting, I came back to Boston and asked here at H.M.S. if we have the technology to host a site. We do with our WebX software and a few of our conference rooms which are equipped with web cams. However these rooms are in high demand so it would be helpful if we could pick a date for this sooner rather than later. We would be happy to act as a host for any LIME members in southern New England who wanted to come here and join the meeting. This would help cut down on the number of sites joining the meeting but allow many more members to participate. So, anyone want to suggest some dates?
Hope you all arrived home safely,
Julie

Our meeting in Pennsylvania
I wanted to check in and confirm when we are meeting in Hershey. The conference website just says the same day as the COMET SIG but doesn't give a time. I am interested in trying to take a MERC course but of course, the LIME SIG is most important. Speaking of MERC courses, has anyone else in the SIG taken either of the courses offered this year?
Wishing you all the best,
Julie Whelan
